Description

The TRANSAT dress is the perfect summer sewing piece, to languish by the water. Easy and quick to sew, it does not lack allure. Its bust is constructed with a pretty pleat on the shoulders, its neckline embellished by a V-neckline in the front and back (bra compatible!) and it is naughty with a pretty slit in the middle of the front which brings sophistication to the model. With its soft line and cinched by belts, TRANSAT is very comfortable to wear.

The Transat Boss grade from 34 to 52.

Sewing level : beginner , the technical points are the shoulder folds, the installation of the neckline and the front slit.

42-46: 220 cm
48-52: 250 cm
- 40x70 cm of Vlieseline type iron-on G710 for the edge of the necklines and the slit in the middle of the front
- 2 snap buttons

Fabric choice : light to medium weight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2) with more or less hold depending on the desired result. A viscose, a soft jacquard, a tencel, a cotton, a crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. A fluid fabric will give a soft drape, a fabric with a little hold will bring more puffiness.

Our viscose twills, viscose poplins and viscose jacquards will be perfect for sewing the Transat dress.
