Description
The CICADELLA blouse is a pattern full of poetry: its volume delicately outlines the bust thanks to the princess seams, the outline of its dancer neckline is indented on the nape of the neck and slenderizes the neck. Its long sleeves with worked cuffs signify this feminine and timeless model.
The pattern provides a very high level of finishing and is suitable for openwork fabrics, with the possibility of completely lining the bust, neckline and armhole seams trimmed with bias and seam allowances provided for assembling your pieces with French seams on the bust and sleeves.
The Cicadella hack dress version
Sewing level : beginner for the unlined version with short or elbow-length sleeves, intermediate for the lined and long-sleeved versions. The technical points are the bias binding, the sleeve assembly, the tear-proof slit, the pointed cuff assembly, the gathers.

Light to medium weight fabrics (80 to 200 g/m2) with more or less hold depending on the desired result. A viscose, a fine and supple jacquard, a tencel , a cotton, a crepe, poplin, satin, or twill. For lined versions, choose a nice lace , guipure and matching cotton voile for the lining .
